Made-to-Order Products

Because each candle is handmade to order specifically for you, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom-made products.

Exceptions

We stand behind the quality of our candles. We will gladly assist you if:

  • Your order arrived damaged during shipping
  • Your candle has a manufacturing defect
  • You received the wrong item
  • Your order is significantly different from the product description

How to Report an Issue

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order:

  • Email: georgiamountaincandle@gmail.com
  • Include: your order number, description of the issue, and photos showing the problem

We will respond within 1-2 business days.

Resolution Options

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • Replacement candle
  • Full refund to original payment method
  • Partial refund

We will work with you to find a fair solution.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if production has not begun.

Once production starts, cancellation is no longer possible.
